  1. By what means can you prove your identity as owner and, if applicable, your representative, as well as the latter’s personality? By means of a copy of your valid official identification. In case of being a representative of a third party, you must present a power of attorney signed before two witnesses or public instrument, accompanied by a copy of the identification of the represented party.
  2. What information and/or documentation should the application contain? The request must include a clear and precise description of the personal data to which you wish to access, rectify, cancel or oppose its use. Also, your full name, email, telephone and address.
  3. How long will it take us to respond to your request? Twenty working days, counted from the date on which the request was received.
  4. By what means will we communicate the answer to your request? Through the means that you provide us, being able to be domicile or e-mail.
  5. On what media can the personal data you request be reproduced? Through written, electronic or other means and in accordance with the procedure that our Customer Service Area has established for this purpose.

How can you revoke your consent to the use of your personal data?
